izyPet1. Purpose of the Terms of Use
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") aim to define the terms and conditions for the use of the IzyPet website and application (hereinafter "the Service"), as well as the rights and obligations of users and the publisher. These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between the user and IzyPet. By accessing the Service, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.
2. Description of Services
IzyPet is a platform that enables pet care professionals to benefit from an online booking system, offer their clients access to reservation services, centralize and efficiently manage all their bookings, and facilitate bilateral communication between pet care professionals and their clients. Use of the Service is subject to compliance with these Terms.
3. Access and Use of the Service
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and to comply with all applicable rules and laws. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, including unauthorized hacking or intrusion attempts.
- Distribute inaccurate, offensive, or third-party infringing information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Extract data from the site for information retrieval, particularly for commercial purposes or data resale.
4. Creation of a Personal Account
To use certain features of the Service, the user must create a personal account. When creating this account, the user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for all activities conducted through their account, as well as for the security of their login credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements available on the Service (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Publisher's Liability

In the event of any breach of these rules, the publisher reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or deleting the offending user's account.
9. Modification of the Terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, particularly to account for changes to the Service or applicable regulations. Any modification of the Terms will be communicated to users by any appropriate means. Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any changes.
By continuing to use the Service after modifications have been posted, the user is deemed to accept the modified Terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with French law.
In the event of a dispute arising regarding the execution, termination, or conditions of these Terms, the Company and the Client will endeavor to settle their disagreement amicably.
Subject to applicable public order legal provisions, any dispute related to or resulting from the validity, execution, interpretation, or formation of these Terms shall be initially submitted to the Company to seek an amicable solution, and failing conciliation, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limoges (France).
11. Acceptance of the Terms
The user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation. Acceptance is confirmed via a checkbox during account creation or when using the Service. Without acceptance, the user will not be able to access the features of the Service.
